How does the Library Edition of your audio books on CD differ from the regular CD edition?
We provide free CD replacements to the purchasers of the Library Editions of our audio books. The free replacement policy is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
We may request return of the defective compact discs. To get a replacement disc, send email to info@silicon-press.com to get a replacement CD. Please specify the ISBN number (must be that of a library edition), Silicon Press invoice number (or details of purchase if bought from a distributor), CD number, and contact and shipping information.
